Mr Red, Reddy Reddy Redmond is the most delightful and fun loving fellow with the most impressive roaching resume. His fancy roaching leg positions would give any ballerina a run for their money. Not to mention his super-relaxed tongue lolling and derps which would make him an instant Instagram superstar.
Red has been in a home for the last year but through no fault of his own has sadly come back to us and is in need of a more stable environment. He has taken to pet life with ease and has proven himself to be a striking tiger-striped, pointy-headed comedian with the most uncontrollable ear hat. He is toy obsessed and will happily play by himself and keep himself entertained. He does adore other dogs of all sizes and would be happy with another dog or be quite fine by himself. He is happy to take himself away to his crate when he wants some alone time but he also loves nothing more than roaching on the couch next to you in the most unflattering positions- legs and tongue flapping about.
Red has been left home alone for many hours and is happy to roach the day away on your bed (if it is allowed) or his or play with his toys- he is quite the independent gentleman. He is very clever and will let you know with a single bark if he needs to go out to the toilet. He is very polite and knows to wait before eating and is extremely food driven which makes training a breeze.
He is footy mad and loves to chase it around and throw it in the air. He gets so excited when he sees it he can hardly control his helicopter zoomies. Red has had a scary experience which has caused him to have a little bit of fear of new people coming into his home environment. New people to the home need to be patient, give him his space and be armed with cheese until he gets to know them- once he knows they are the bearer of the yummies he will be their best friend. As much as he loves the majority of people he is a bit fearful of young noisy little humans so it is best he is not in the home with them.
He loves his morning walk and is a valued member of the spiky- bush shitters club. He is fine meeting all dogs out and about - short or tall and plays gently with puppies. He is an absolute delight and will provide a lot of laughs.
